English? Meh. She kind of understood what I was saying, but I expected better comprehension from someone who claimed 20 years of studying it. I cut her a little slack because English was her third language, but when someone asks you about the weather, don't reply with a confused all-over-the-place answer.
Bottom line is that she didn't have enough child care experience.
I have three more potentials to talk to today. Hopefully one of these will work out.
Just found out that Jon will be traveling to the Taiwan office later this month for 3 days or so. Will need an extra hand to save my sanity. :)
